Theophilus Veselý

Theophilus Vesely was born in Austria where he also started his training at the Ballettschule der Wiener Staatsoper. At the age of 15, he moved to Stuttgart to finish his education at the John Cranko Schule where he graduated in 2012. After that came his first job as a professional dancer, at Ballett Augsburg. In 2016 he went back to Stuttgart to join Gauthier Dance, where he danced for five seasons. Currently, he is working at the Nederlands Dans Theater, NDT1. In his years as a professional dancer, he had the opportunity to work with world-renowned choreographers like Ohad Naharin, Hofesh Schechter, Sharon Eyal & Gai Behar, Marco Goecke, Crystal Pite, among others.
